Purchasing and access
What am I buying, and when does access start?
Access to the selected plan’s features and limits for a month or a year. It starts after Prodamus confirms payment. Free applies after expiry; ordinary one-off Free reports are kept for 36 hours. Deleted reports cannot be restored.
Are there automatic charges? How do I renew or change plans?
There are no automatic charges. Place a new order for the same plan to add time to your remaining access. Contact support to change an active paid plan.
How do I get a receipt?
The service provider issues the receipt. If you have not received it, email support with your order number. A Prodamus payment confirmation does not replace the receipt.
How do I request a refund?
Email support with your account email, order number if available, and refund request. The calculation and timing follow the cancellation and refund section of the public offer.
I was charged but have no access. What should I do?
Check the order status in your account and contact support. You do not need to pay again. Returning from Prodamus does not itself confirm payment.
